The Pre-Game (Overview)

Welcome to the party! Bikinis & Margs, LLC operates this store to provide you with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Bikinis & Margs, LLC.

By hanging out with us on this site or buying our gear, you’re agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. We try our best to make sure our photos look exactly like the real thing. However, colors can look different depending on your screen settings (blame the pixels, not us!).

Section 3 - Placing Your Order

When you hit "buy," you’re making an offer to purchase. Your order isn't officially accepted until we send a confirmation. We must process your payment first. Once an order is in the system, we might not be able to cancel it, so double-check that cart! If we have to change or cancel your order, we’ll reach out to the email or phone number you provided.

Section 4 - Tabs & Billing

Prices and promos can change without notice. The price you pay is the one in effect when you place your order. Unless stated otherwise, prices don't include taxes or shipping—those get added at checkout. You agree to provide accurate payment info and keep it updated so we can get your gear to you without a hitch.

Section 5 - Shipping & The Journey

Sometimes we make a typo. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions and to cancel orders if information is inaccurate, even after you’ve submitted your order.

Don't be that person. You can't use our site for anything illegal, to harass others, to infringe on copyrights, or to spread viruses. We reserve the right to ban anyone who violates these rules.

Section 14 - The "Robot" Rule (Agents)

If you use software or an "Agent" to interact with our site, it must identify itself clearly and not mimic human behavior or bypass security measures (like CAPTCHAs).
